If you use Safari on a Mac, you might encounter a blank screen when logging into the Clearitt application. This is likely because Safari is blocking cookies, which are essential for the application to function properly. Follow the steps below to adjust your Safari settings and allow cookies so you can access Clearitt without any issues.

Instructions:

  1. Open Safari Settings:

    • Go to Settings > Safari.
  2. Check the Privacy Settings:

    • In the "Privacy & Security" section, locate the following settings:
      • Prevent Cross-Site Tracking: Safari may block cookies that are used to track across different websites. You can disable this setting by toggling it off if it’s affecting the functionality of Clearitt.
      • Block All Cookies: Ensure this setting is off. If it’s turned on, Safari will block all cookies, including those required for Clearitt to work.
  3. Clear Browser History and Website Data (if the issue persists):

    • Tap on Clear History and Website Data to remove any cached data that may interfere with your experience. This option can be found in the Safari settings near the bottom of the Privacy & Security section.
    • Confirm by selecting Clear.
  4. Test Clearitt Application Again:

    • After making these changes, try logging into the Clearitt app once more. The application should now work as expected.

Note:

Blocking all cookies or cross-site tracking may interfere with how some applications and websites work, especially ones like Clearitt that rely on cookies to maintain a session. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our support team.
